amazing houses in the center of everything. Each house offers the following:
• Central location, close to bars, beach and ferry!!
• 4 or 5 bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms and outdoor shower
• Wrap-around decks with outdoor furniture
• Large living rooms with plenty of space to chill
• All modern appliances in kitchen
• Washer/Dryers
• AC units or Central Air
• BBQs
We organize parties at the bars, bbqs at the houses and everyone chills on the beach!

Although no longer an Inn, High Dune as a rental is offering a limited number of summer Share opportunities. The atmosphere
is festive but relaxed and the participants will be 30's +/-. The house is well maintained and organized but not overly structured.
High Dune is offering:
- A quarter Share of 5 weekends for $1300/person, and
- A half Share of 10 weekends for $2300/person.
- Certain weekly Shares may also be available upon request.

FRIDAY NIGHT = FUN NIGHT
1st weekend = Snack Off. Everyone brings his/her favorite snack to share. We’ll all meet, greet, eat… in that order. Dinner after snacks are presented. You’ll be judged by your snack contribution. Heads up! ;-)
2nd weekend = House Olympics. We’ll break up into two teams and hit the beach for sillyfun games. Beijing… schmeijing!
3rd weekend = Wig OUT. Yes, again with the wigs – but this time we’re going out. We’ll totally pre-party before hitting Flynn’s for a (strange-but-fun) family style dinner and dancing.
4th weekend = Luau Y’all. Alohaaaaa! Rum cocktails, grass skirts, island music and alohalicious grilling will round us out.
MEALS & GUESTS:
Meal plan: We have dinner as a house on Friday nights (I cook). We keep a stocked kitchen with organic milks, healthy and unhealthy snacks, beer, wine, alcohol, sandwich fixings and whatever else we want for the rest of the weekend. I tally the costs on Sunday afternoon and we divide up the bill by however many people are in the house. Our priciest weekend was $40 last year – and that was a 3 day holiday weekend (and ALL home cooked or grilled meals). Our costs will be offset by guest fees this year.
Guests: You are welcome to bring a guest. We make room for up to 2 guests a weekend - they sleep on the futon or couch in one of the living rooms. Their spot is reserved when their fee is paid. Guest fees will go towards our house meals and drinks. For example; if our food & bev pool total is $325 and we’ve got 1 guest who paid $200 to be there… then I’ll put their fee into our pool and we’ll all split the leftover $125. If we have $400 in guest fees then no one pays “extra” for our food & bev total. Hollaaaaaaa.

Large Capacity Washer/Dryer included as well. Full BBQ, outdoor dining
set and chaise lounge chairs are waiting on thelarge private outdoor
deck! Perfect for entertaining or for family dinners.
Beach chairs, towels and linens will be provided.
Basically it is all you need to enjoy a week at the beach. We have a
great time and would love for you to experience it as well!

This house is one of the best houses in Ocean
Beach. We are offering Half and Full shares for 2005. We don't rent the
house mid-week like most other houses do. If you have a share, you can
come out all week, a day or two early (long w/e) and not have a worry.
We have a great, laid back group of professionals that all get along
well. We usually have a waiting list.
The House...
Our house as you can see from the pics, is a 2 story house. It has 5
bedrooms. 4 of which are located upstairs. 3 have A/C. It has 1.5
bathrooms. A nice size kitchen and dining area. A very large living
room w/ 5 couches, and sattilite tv. We have a nice size yard. And a
very large rear private deck. Outside shower, BBQ, and outside drink
cooler are located there also. The house is close to town, and also the
beach..
Our Group...
Our group consists of professionals 28 years old +. Our bunch is
singles and couples. We have a laid back bunch, that doesn't party to
all hrs of the night. But does have fun. We don't overcrowd the house,
or rent mid-week. If anyone comes out early, Thur. night is dinner
night. Whether at a rest. or home cooked. Fridays everyone hangs at the
house a little later on Friday nights. Saturdays are sun soaked days,
either at the beach or on the deck. And Sundays are called "Rum-Runner
Sundays".... Need I say more..
Amenities....
Our house has... satellite tv, cd stereo, washer/dryer, maid service,
all new beds, large rear deck, beach and deck chairs, stocked
refrigerator and more not listed.......
We have Full shares and Half shares avail... Any questions I will
