This private studio is immaculate, has a fully equipped kitchen and bath, air conditioning, color TV with satellite, DVD, VCR, stereo, phone with local and US/Canada long distance included. Honestly, you could bring your bathing suit and a toothbrush - and you're done. The unit is ideal for a single person or couple - max occupancy is 2 adults. A small pet is allowed with refundable deposit and rider on the lease.

The complex is primarily comprised of owners that will rent their units for 1/2 the season and use it for the other half. It's not a party place, but more of a quiet safe retreat in the midst of all of the action. But the party is literally steps away.

I'm a working professional that uses this apartment to escape the madness of the city during the summer months - and I'm seeking the same. I split the time with you, so you have your own keys, storage, etc and can enjoy your private vacation home without the hassle of a roommate or/and housemates.
