Our apartment is our second home and we have added lots of extras and have decorated it in a way that we hope will make you feel, as this is also your home away from home. All of our guests have recognized that they are not merely renting an apartment or a hotel room, but that the room is personally maintained and should be treated, as it was their second home.

Our air-conditioned studio apartment is approximately 360 square feet and is a corner unit located on the seventh floor of the hotel. It has an incredible unobstructed view of the Art Deco District/ City view. The studio is fully furnished and my wife and I took pride in decorating it in a warm South Florida Palm Tree motif.  We personally supervised its remodeling in June 2007, when the room was freshly repainted, re-carpeted, and re-furnished.


The Jr. Suite apartment is fully furnished, has a king size bed, and has a full size dresser and mirror for all of your clothes. All comforters and sheet sets (set of 6 sets) are cleaned and wash using fabric softeners, after every guest leaves in order to assure you of the cleanest most freshness of linens in the Miami Beach area.

Our futon sofa also converts to a full/ queen size bed with a comfortable mattress. With the futon bed, up to four guests can comfortably sleep in our room.     This designer coffee table, adds a touch of class and elegance.



Our studio is one of the few hotel rooms in Miami Beach that has a 27-inch color TV with DVD player and 70 cable channels, including HBO. Our studio room is also equipped with a radio-cd player. We also remodeled our walk in closet with extra shelves, hanging racks, and a second dresser for additional clothes. You will also find an iron and ironing board in the closet, for those nights when looking good is a priority.

Our studio apartment has a small kitchen, which includes a sink with a water purifier (by Pur’), a compact refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, & electric teakettle. We also provide ceramic and plastic dishes, bowls, silverware, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, a wine bucket, and wine glasses. Our dining room table can accommodate two for a romantic dinner or quick breakfast. “We provide the Coffee and/ or tea", free of charge, as well as other extras that we like to surprise our guests with. Our studio is one of the few in Miami Beach that comes with its own icemaker & blender for making tropical drinks or delicious shakes. (We can also provide a toaster oven, espresso maker, two burner electric hot plate, George Foreman grill, and one of the finest sets of pots and pans, cooking utensils, and chef’s knives for an additional cost of $25 extra for the entire stay). "The nearest grocery store & liquor store is only two blocks away. There is a 24 hour Walgreens Pharmacy located approximately 3 blocks away".

Home Away From Home--Daytona Beach area pool home

Ft. Lauderdale is 50 minutes away and Orlando is under 2 hours.  The island has restaurants and resort areas.  The airport is approximately 10 miles away.  Shopping areas and grocery stores are very close.
 
A very special inclusion is the onsite parking at the Hilton Hotel which includes use of pool area which is great for children and 4 cabana rentals with umbrellas during your stay.  Plus they have an onsite restaurant and serve you cocktails right on the beach!!!  But the beach is only 0.4 miles to your own beach access if you choose.  Great place to stay if your spouse has to attend meetings because you only need one automobile because you can walk everywhere.
