We are a group of professionals ages 40+ in varieties ranging from athletic types who jog, ride bikes, play tennis, volleyball and basketball, to beach bums who love to soak up the sun, read and play Scrabble. We have people who love the night life and early risers who love the beach.....we all live together in respectful harmony enjoying delicious group dinners (we have some great chefs) and lively conversation in an idyllic summer camp for grown-ups setting. Staples, phone and utilities are included in the low fees and we have a fair weekday and vacation policy.
