Mid-Week Rental - Beautiful FAMILY House!

This house has the best location on fire island. It is centrally located on Dehnhoff Street. It is seconds from all the bars and ferry and the beach. This is a beautiful, very modern recently renovated house. It has 5 LARGE BEDROOMS, all with closets and dressers and very comfortable beds. Two rooms include a full bed and a third room includes a queen size bed. There are 3 bathrooms (2 full and 1 half) and an outdoor shower. There is CENTRAL AIR and satellite TV. The
living room is very open and has a fireplace and four very comfortable couches. The yard is very well groomed, perfect and big enough to play football, soccer or just throw a Frisbee. There is a huge outdoor deck on the main floor. Another nice deck on the second floor attached to a bedroom and foyer as well as a spectacular roof deck (access from the
second floor deck) with panoramic views!!! There is a beautiful solarium attached to the kitchen, which by-the-way is state-of-the-art. The kitchen has all modern appliances and granite countertops. There is a separated dining room. The outdoor deck on the main floor has a barbeque. More pictures are available upon request.

The house is available for rent Monday through Friday. The following dates are available and the house is open for use as of 10 AM Monday and renters need to be out by 12 PM Friday (the price for a given period is in parentheses).
