A fun group of fun 40/50 somethings are looking for a few (not many) new shares
for the summer in our Sea Girt Beach House. We have THE BEST location at
the Jersey Shore! We are right next to the Parker House and 3 houses away from
the beach. We are famous for our Saturday evening happy hour on the front
lawn – you may have seen us on your way into the Parker.
THE HOUSE has 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The share price includes food,
utilities, cable/wi-fi, paper products, bottled water, cleaning service,
washer/dryer and outdoor grill. Let’s talk about the food – we have a large
happy hour and dinner on most Saturdays and the house is stocked with snacks
and breakfast/lunch fixings so you don’t have to pay for over priced board walk
food! Make one payment, bring your beverage of choice (alcohol is not included
in the share price) and enjoy the rest of the summer!
Other features – Our summer runs from the weekend before Memorial to Labor
Day weekend. Shares have a designated room and bed (no first come first served
sleeping arrangements) and every room has its own AC. The house has a large
LCD TV in the living room, and parking in the driveway or on the street
(overnight street parking is OK in Sea Girt!). Did I mention that you can SEE
the OCEAN from our front porch? How is that for a view with your morning coffee?
The price will vary based on the ratio of full/half/quarter shares. We expect the
cost to be $3,800 for full shares, $2,800 for half shares and $1,800 for quarter
shares. We are fun group of respectful grown-ups getting ready for a great
