Right now I have a full summer share, meaning he will use the house mostly on weekends and maybe a week here or there. However, he is willing to share the 2nd bedroom (we will split it in half with curtains or something. I am also considering sharing my bedroom, if the person will only be down on weekends. As for the price, it can be done either of 2 ways...."full share" meaning come down anytime weekends, weeks, days, holidays, etc., (in total 18 weeks/weekends), the price would be $4500 and would be from the weekend before Memorial Day to the weekend after Labor Day. If they wanted to do a "half share" meaning any 9 weekends (which they can pick), and days or a week here or there and can also do the holidays weekends (as part of the 9), the price would be $2250. Bascially the cost of the house for the summer is $13,500. If you divide that by 3 it would be $4500 each. If you do a half share you take 1/2 of the $4500 and get the $2250, does that make sense?
