The modern waterfront house is situated on the bay with a boat dock, next to a semi-private sandy beach and other semi-private community facilities, including tennis and basketball courts. Nightlife is a stone's throw away (striking distance of Southampton and Sag Harbour).
I (am Australian) and my Swiss friend are looking for young professionals/artists/students/partiers far from home. This is our second year organising and we run the house as a not-for-profit where you're always guaranteed a bed (no overcrowding).
We offer flexible quarter (5 weeks vs. usual 4 weekends) or half shares (9 weeks) with or without holiday weekends ranging from $1450-2750 between May and September.

This House is available for Entire House Private Rental by the Weekend or the Week. Otherwise, the house is available for shared Bed and Breakfast style rental when the entire house is NOT privately rented.
