Up to 150 reais a week for electricity (= 300KW) is included, all over goes
on your bill, so please switch off the 4 air conditions, when you leave the penthouse,
gas, high speed internet access and cleaning are totally included in the rent as well as any Rio taxes.
The building entrance is always locked and 24 hours there will be several doormen.

it), 2 blocks away from Copacabana beach, there are 24/7 supermarket
and pharmacy just in front, buses to pretty much anywhere in Rio and
the tube is nearby (4 blocks, 10min walk).
Bonuses are: 1 bicycle that wouldn't mind some use and a hammock to
give some swing to the balcony on a sunny day or starry night.
Rates are negotiable and will vary according to number of people (1
dbl, 1 slg room), length and period of stay. Bed linen and towels
provided. Depending how long you're staying, a cleaner can be arranged.
Just as an idea, a single person would pay:
- US$55 per night between Nov-Mar
- US$40 per night between Apr-Oct
